The integration is designed to consider busy periods in selected calendars and display Ana M bookings in Google. The professional authorises the connection.

The new calendar is designed to handle time zones for appointments and recurring sessions. Both parties should check the displayed time when arranging a session.

Is the new calendar available now?
It is in development. This page introduces the new experience. The Ana M trial gives access to the features currently available.
Will patients be able to choose a time?
That is part of the new calendar. Patients will choose from offered times, based on availability and the process configured by the professional.
Will I be able to organise recurring sessions?
Recurring sessions are included in the scope, with changes to individual appointments and following sessions.
Is Google integration a complete two-way copy?
It is designed to use availability from selected calendars and display Ana M bookings in Google. It is not unrestricted two-way editing of all events.
Does confirming a time record attendance?
No. Booking confirmation, the patient’s response and attendance are different facts. A confirmed time does not prove that a session took place.
