What changes between billing periods?
The current features are the same. Subscribe monthly, every six months or annually. For longer periods, check the total charge: the monthly amount shown is an equivalent, not a monthly instalment.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You can create your account and try Ana M for 15 days without adding a card. Afterward, you decide whether to subscribe.
Is the trial a limited version?
The trial lets you try the current features: calendar, clinical records, transcription, AI reports, documents, forms, and basic finances. Sessions and patients are unlimited.
How much does an Ana M subscription cost?
The current Brazilian offer is priced in BRL: R$59.90 monthly, R$299.90 every six months, or R$563.90 every twelve months. The longer periods are equivalent to R$49.98 and R$46.99 per month. Ask our team about availability and billing for your country.
What happens when the trial ends?
You decide whether you want to continue and subscribe to a plan. Creating an account without a card does not authorise any charge. To clarify access to your records after the trial, talk to the team before ending your evaluation.
Is Ana 2.0 available yet?
The next chapter is in development. Features and terms will be announced at launch. You can try the current features free for 15 days without a card.
How do cancellation and plan changes work?

Yes, you can request a proposal for your clinic or institution. Tell us the number of professionals and your needs so we can discuss the terms and the right setup.
Can I use it in person and online?
Yes. For in-person sessions, transcription can be done on your mobile phone; for online sessions, audio is captured through the web. The recording must be authorised, and AI-generated content requires professional review.
